PodSphere is a startup EdTech company dedicated to early learning, phonics, foundational literacy, and academic skill development for children aged 3 to 9 years.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to promote and sell our premium online phonics and reading programs to parents. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our high-quality curriculum and potential customers, driving enrollments through consultative selling and building trust with parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert prospective leads (parents) into registered students for online phonics classes.
- Conduct or facilitate demo sessions to showcase the PodSphere curriculum, focusing on Phonics.
- Understand the child's learning needs and advise parents on the right program.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with parents, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.




- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify potential areas for growth and new customer segments in online education.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience of at least 1 year in inside sales, telesales, or education counseling (preferably in EdTech or children’s education)is a must.
- Basic understanding of phonics concepts, early childhood education, or willingness to learn about Phonics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (regional language skills are often a plus).
- Proficient in using crm software, Zoom, Google Meet, microsoft office and other online tools.
- Patient, persuasive, and passionate about education.
