Requirements:
✅ Sales experience, preferably BFSI/financial services
✅ Team handling experience preferred
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✅ CRM/MIS familiarity; target-driven; open to field travel
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales, lead generation & field visits
Explain financial products to customers
Guide sales executives/telecallers; achieve targets
Coordinate documentation/disbursement; report pipelines
