About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Associate to support the company’s day-to-day financial operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, managing invoices, tracking expenses, and supporting routine accounting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and track daily expenses and financial transactions
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements
- Manage invoices, including issuing, receiving, verifying, and maintaining records
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and summaries
- Assist with budget tracking and maintaining accurate financial data
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve finance-related queries and documentation
- Support tax, audit, and compliance-related documentation
- Maintain well-organized digital and physical financial records

Requirements





- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with accounting software will be an advantage
- Ability to handle financial and confidential information responsibly
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply
