Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tour Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Tour Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our travel and tour services. Your role will involve designing, planning, and executing tours while ensuring a memorable and seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Tour Planning: Create creative and engaging travel itineraries, including destination selection, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Vendor Management: Negotiate and collaborate with hotels, transportation providers, and other partners to secure the best deals and services for our clients.

Budget Management: Develop and manage tour budgets to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.

Tour Execution: Oversee the smooth operation of tours, including guiding, transportation coordination, and problem-solving during the tours.

Marketing: Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase business opportunities.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior tour executives and staff.

Documentation:



Maintain accurate records and documentation related to tours, expenses, and client communications.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and travel regulations to enhance our services.

Qualifications:

+2/Bachelor's degree, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Tour Executive or similar role in the travel industry.

Strong knowledge of travel destinations, industry trends, and tour operations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in travel management software and MS Office.

Leadership and team management skills.
