- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of tools and components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and technical specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, and Dial Indicators.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and test certificates.
- Investigate customer complaints and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct internal process audits and supplier quality inspections.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Purchase departments to resolve quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using 7 QC Tools, SPC, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
