Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage project estimation, quantity surveying, billing, cost control, contracts, and commercial operations for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, estimation, and costing for real estate projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and scope of work.
- Prepare, verify, and certify RA bills, contractor bills, work orders, and final bills.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and commercial performance.
- Conduct rate analysis and evaluate material, labour, and construction costs.
- Manage variations, extra items, deviations, and claims.
- Verify site measurements and reconcile executed quantities with approved BOQs.
- Lead commercial negotiations with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Review and manage contracts, work orders, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate closely with Projects, Procurement, Accounts, Planning, and Legal teams.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, project MIS, budget forecasts, and variance analysis for management.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and effective budget utilization.




- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company commercial procedures.
- Provide commercial inputs to management for project planning and decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or large-scale construction projects.
- Solid expertise in BOQ, estimation, billing, rate analysis, cost control, and contract management.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and estimation/billing software.
- Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage commercial activities for multiple projects.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
