Job Description: Sales ExecutivePosition Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, promoting products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through customer visits, calls, and networking.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and sales negotiations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain customer records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing and customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Target-oriented with strong sales and convincing skills.
- Positive presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in field sales or B2B/B2C sales.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and sales negotiations.
- Knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques.
