JOB TITLE: DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Job Responsibilities:

Enter data in Excel software systems

Maintain records and files properly

Verify data and correct errors

Prepare daily and monthly reports

Handle basic office documentation

Maintain proper data confidentiality

Coordinate with accounts and admin department

Skills Required:

Basic computer knowledge

MS Excel & MS Word knowledge

Good typing speed

Attention to detail

Basic communication skills

Preferred:

Experience in data entry

Knowledge of MS Office

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Qualification:

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer applications.

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry.

Job Responsibility:





- Record maintenance-related material consumption in MS Excel.
- Maintain records of spare parts issued and received.
- Update preventive and breakdown maintenance logs.
- Track spare parts inventory and report low stock levels.
- Prepare maintenance-related reports and documentation.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain proper filing of store and maintenance documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production, and Maintenance departments for document verification.
- Ensure all records are updated accurately and on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
