Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for architectural design, preparation of drawings, coordination with clients and consultants, and providing design support throughout project execution.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of AutoCAD, architectural planning, working drawings, and building construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop residential, commercial, and other building designs based on project requirements.
- Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP requirements.
- Prepare and modify drawings based on client and project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with Site Engineers during execution.
- Ensure that construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, and design detailing.
- Prepare presentation drawings and design concepts when required.
- Review drawings and identify design or execution-related issues.




- Maintain proper records of drawings and revisions.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned design and documentation work.

Qualification

- B.Arch / Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong design and software skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of architectural planning and working drawings.
- Understanding of building construction and materials.
- Good knowledge of elevations, sections, details, and space planning.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good attention to detail and design accuracy.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of any of the following will be an added advantage:

- Revit Architecture
- SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape
- 3D visualization
- Photoshop
- Building approval / DTCP-related drawings and documentation

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.
