Job Summary

Aimore Technologies is looking for energetic and student-friendly Communication & Reading Skills Trainers to train students, especially those from non-IT backgrounds, to confidently read, understand, explain, and present technical and professional documents.

The trainer's primary responsibility will be to improve students' English reading ability, pronunciation, comprehension, communication, and presentation confidence, helping them understand course materials and prepare for interviews and professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Train students to read English documents clearly, correctly, and confidently.
- Help students understand technical and professional documents in simple English.
- Improve students' pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and sentence delivery.
- Teach students how to understand the meaning of a document rather than simply reading it word by word.
- Conduct regular individual and group reading practice sessions.
- Ask students to explain and summarize documents in their own words.
- Simplify technical terminology for students from non-IT backgrounds.
- Conduct Read & Explain, Read & Summarize, Pronunciation, Vocabulary and Presentation activities.
- Improve students' confidence in speaking and presenting in front of others.
- Train students in basic qualified and workplace communication.
- Support students with HR interview communication and interview presentation skills.




- Identify students who require additional communication support and provide individual guidance.
- Monitor and track student improvement.
- Coordinate with technical trainers and the placement team to understand students' communication requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong reading, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in straightforward and easy-to-understand English.
- Comfortable training students from non-IT and diverse educational backgrounds.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
- Patient, energetic, encouraging, and student-friendly.
- Prior experience as an English Trainer, Communication Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, Spoken English Trainer, IELTS Trainer, Placement Trainer, or Personality Development Trainer will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and training skills may also apply.

Primary Training Objective

The trainer should gradually develop every student's ability to:

The primary focus will be on helping students from non-IT backgrounds become comfortable with IT-related documents, terminology, interview materials, and professional communication.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
