1)Primary Responsibilities:

- To assess the training needs of service department and provide the needful training as per the requirement of OEM.
- Maintain the training calendar for external and internal training.
- To keep track of training coverage of dealership as per the OEM standard.
- Maintain record of service bulletin, service circular and share it with the relevant staff.
- To provide regular in-house training based on feed backs received from the customer and

Complaint analysis.

- Prepare skill matrix of workshop staff and identify their training requirements.

2)Secondary Responsibilities:

- Conduct periodical skill competitions for employee motivation.
- Maintain the tools and equipment calibration as per OEM.
- Conduct random quality checks of repaired cars.
- Periodical check of quality of hand tools and precision equipment’s.
- Update management /OEM on training coverage and various in-house training conducted.
- To provide support for various service promotional activities in work shop.
- Monitor various certification programmes.
- Maintenance and up-keeping of in-house training centre.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
