About the Role

We are hiring a Data Analyst – CRM Specialist to manage and optimise our CRM systems (Monday.com and similar platforms), build automations using AI tools, and support data-driven decision-making for our UK-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain CRM boards/workflows on Monday.com (and other CRM tools)
- Build automations to streamline repetitive tasks using AI tools
- Clean, organise and analyse data to generate actionable insights
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements

Requirements





- Excellent written and spoken English (UK English preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning new software tools quickly
- Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
- Prior experience with CRM tools or data analysis preferred

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

- Familiarity with Monday.com or similar CRM/project management tools
- Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, Make.com, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of data visualisation tools
