About the Role

Succeedo Digital Marketing is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Sales Executive who can handle qualified leads provided by our company and convert them into paying clients.

You will be responsible for understanding the client's business requirements, explaining our digital marketing services, handling objections, following up with leads, and closing deals.

This is a target-oriented sales role where sales ability and closing skills are the most key requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads provided by Succeedo Digital Marketing.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.
- Explain and sell our digital marketing services based on the client's needs.
- Conduct sales calls and online meetings with potential clients.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Prepare and communicate suitable service packages and proposals.
- Handle objections related to pricing, results, competition, and services.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and deal status.
- Coordinate with the internal team when required to understand the scope of work.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.

You don't need to be an expert in executing every service, but you must understand what the services are, why a business needs them, and how to sell them effectively.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Previous experience selling digital marketing services is highly preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and convincing ability.
- Positive English communication is required.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Must be comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and online meetings.
- Must be target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Zoom/Google Meet, etc.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who knows how to sell, not someone who simply knows digital marketing.

If you can understand a business problem, identify what the client needs, communicate the solution clearly, handle objections, follow up professionally, and close the deal — you are the right fit for this role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
