Warehouse Helper / Warehouse Assistant – Russia, UAE & Malaysia

Apex HR Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting Warehouse Helpers / Warehouse Assistants for overseas employment opportunities in Russia, the UAE, and Malaysia.

We are looking for physically fit, reliable and hardworking candidates to support warehouse and supermarket logistics operations. Suitable candidates may be assigned to packing, picking, loading/unloading, cleaning, stock handling and other general warehouse duties according to the employer’s requirements.

Job Locations

- Russia – Warehouse Assistant / General Helper

- UAE – Supermarket Warehouse Helper

- Malaysia – Warehouse Helper

Key Responsibilities

- Packing and picking products and orders

- Loading and unloading goods

- Moving and organizing cartons, products and materials

- Assisting with stock and warehouse operations

- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace

- Following workplace safety procedures and supervisor instructions

- Performing other general warehouse duties as assigned

Salary & Working Conditions

Russia

- Salary: 78,000 – 90,000 Rupees per month (approx.) INR

- Working days: 6 days per week

- Accommodation, transportation and medical insurance Provided by Company

- Food provided by the company

- Annual leave according to company policy

UAE

- Salary: Rupees 32,000/month starting

- Duty: 11 hours/day

- Working days: 26 days/month

- Overtime available on Sunday

- Accommodation provided

- Transportation provided

- Kitchen facilities provided

- Wi-Fi and uniform provided





- No salary deduction as stated in the recruitment advertisement

Malaysia

- Salary: Starts from 2000/day in INR

- Monthly earnings: approximately 1.20 Lakh INR

- Weekly day off

- Accommodation and transportation provided

- Direct work visa

- Job duties may include packing, picking, loading/unloading and cleaning

Candidate Requirements

- Physically fit and able to perform warehouse-related work

- Willing to work long hours and perform manual handling duties

- Basic English or Russian is an advantage for Russia positions

- Valid passport with required validity

- Candidates must meet the applicable age and employment requirements for the selected country

- No criminal record where required by the employer/visa process

- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but may not be mandatory for all positions

Selection Process

- Candidate registration and document screening

- Employer selection/interview process as applicable

- Visa and employment processing

- Travel arrangements after the required approvals
