· Conduct customer service feedback calls to assess customer satisfaction and service quality

· Monitor and follow up on gold loan interest collections to ensure timely payments

· Make reminder calls to personal loan customers to ensure timely EMI payments

· Follow up with NPA (Non-Performing Asset) customers to support recovery and regularization of overdue accounts

· Handle and resolve customer enquiries received at the Head Office promptly and professionally

· Prepare and submit daily collection reports with accurate and timely data

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
