Job Description

Saideep Foam is looking for an experienced and responsible Plant Head with strong experience in Foam and Bubble manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall plant operations, production, quality, manpower, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and control overall plant operations.
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Manage foam and bubble manufacturing processes.
- Monitor product quality and reduce rejection and wastage.
- Manage manpower, shifts, and production team performance.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Sales teams.
- Identify production problems and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production records and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping,



and discipline.
- Improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.

Required Experience & Skills

- Strong experience in Foam & Bubble manufacturing is mandatory.
- 8–15 years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations.
- Good knowledge of foam production processes and machinery.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Positive knowledge of production planning and quality control.
- Ability to handle manpower and production pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualification

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- Relevant experience in Foam & Bubble manufacturing will be highly preferred.

Salary

Salary: As per experience and interview.
