Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding UK universities, courses, entry requirements, and study opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Recommend suitable courses and universities based on student profiles.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into applications/admissions.
- Guide students through the application and admission process.
- Coordinate with internal teams and university representatives when required.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, applications, and follow-ups.
- Achieve individual and branch-level admission targets.
- Provide regular updates and support to students throughout the application process.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in UK student counselling or UK education handling is mandatory.




- Positive knowledge of the UK education system and university admission process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in an overseas education consultancy will be an added advantage.
