Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Associate to drive business growth, develop robust client relationships, and contribute to revenue generation.

The ideal candidate should have good field sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits across urban and rural markets to increase product visibility and sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to successful closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Execute and support on-ground promotional and marketing activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the assigned territory.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant market insights.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-ups, and stock availability.
- Maintain accurate daily sales reports, MIS, and activity records.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Food Industry preferred.
- Candidates with field sales experience from other industries can also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of local market dynamics and territory handling.
- Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who are comfortable with daily field visits, territory management, retailer/distributor handling, and achieving sales targets will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
