We are looking for a proactive, high-energy Client Servicing Manager to be the face of our agency for our valued clients in the healthcare sector.

The Role

As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and our internal creative/technical teams. Your mission is to understand the client’s business goals, translate them into actionable briefs, and ensure we deliver high-impact digital strategies that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated consultant for a portfolio of healthcare clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and results.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the SEO, Performance Marketing, and Content teams to develop digital roadmaps tailored to client needs.
- Project Coordination: Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns,



ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are exceeded.
- Reporting & Analysis: Present monthly performance reports to clients, explaining complex digital metrics in a straightforward, business-oriented manner.
- Retention & Upselling: Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients through new services or expanded campaigns.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle client feedback and grievances with professional poise, finding "win-win" solutions quickly.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1 to 4 years in a client-facing role, preferably within a Digital Marketing Agency. Experience in the healthcare niche is a massive plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to command a room and write professional emails.
- Technical Savvy: A solid understanding of Social Media Management, Google Ads, SEO, and Website Development workflows.
- Organization: Strong multitasking skills; you should be able to juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chennai

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
