Hiring: Senior Business Development Manager / Sales Leader

Company: Saaro Beyond Packaging (Luxury & Rigid Box Manufacturing)
Location: Mumbai (with travel)
CTC: Fixed + Uncapped Incentives

Role Overview
This is a hunter-led B2B sales role, You will build, close, and scale high-value B2B accounts

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire mid-to-large B2B clients (Luxury, D2C, Corporate Gifting, Jewellery, Hospitality)
- Build and grow repeat, long-term accounts
- Own deals end-to-end: pricing, negotiation, closure, collections
- Protect margins and sell on value, not discounts
- Coordinate with design, production, and accounts teams

Ideal Candidate

- Min. 2years of B2B sales experience (packaging/manufacturing preferred)




- Experience selling customized / solution-based products
- Strong in negotiation, costing, and margin management
- Comfortable with targets, accountability, and reporting
