Making of daily plan based on production and RM samples

Execution

Daily updating of ERP for results

Testing and analysis of RM, PG and finished goods.

Ensure quality of deionized water used for production performing microbiolgical analysis of deionized water testing.

Actions & Preventive Actions recommendations and recommend trainings required

Performing in process quality control of products.

Performining envirmental monitroning of PDN & QC area.

Monitoring, cleaning and checking of area along with equipment’s in quality control area

Media preparation, accessories preparation and sterilization required for testing.

Screening of finished products.

Daily Temperature Monitoring of incubators and refrigerator in quality control area.

Maintenance of cleaning of quality control area and their equipment’s.

Microbiological analysis of LAF and their trends

Storage of sample at designated place.

Coordination with Senior QC and QA for sample result

Stock maintenance of accessories,



glassware’s and reagents required for QC analysis and other activities, giving indent to stores if not available

Repetition of testing in case of complaints

Calibration

Daily and Monthly calibration of pH and balance.

Intimation to Sr.QC & Sr.QA Officer/Manager for if any machine calibration and validation due.

Health and Safety Environment

Adherence to HSE norms.

Maintain documentation regarding HSE.

Innovation & idea Generation

Generating and implementing of cutting-edge new ideas to make the current process better.

Documentation & record generation

Maintaining records of all quality test undertaken

Managing the documents of QC for traceability and completeness as per customer norms and certification guidelines

Creation and updating of SOP’s process, if any change and requirement

Recording testing observation into Test Data Sheet (TDS).

Checking Daily Recording of cleaning and monitoring records.

Checking pH and Balance calibration records.

Updating of Testing status and COAs in tally
