Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Manager(s) to oversee the

end-to-end execution of bulk production, merchandising, sourcing, sampling, client orders and

inventory requirements across our retail network, website and direct client orders.

The role requires close coordination with the design team, tailors & masters, job workers,

vendors, QC Team retail partners and clients to ensure that every product moves seamlessly

from concept and sampling to production, quality control and final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of garments, textiles and production

processes, an excellent eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple timelines

simultaneously.

SKILLS & APTITUDE

2–3 years of relevant experience in garment production, fashion production,

merchandising or a related field.

Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, garment specifications,

measurements and production processes.

Experience working with artisans, job workers, tailors and production vendors.

Strong understanding of sampling, costing, sourcing and quality control.





Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for finish and quality.

Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to work with ERP and productivity tools.

Robust written and verbal communication skills; professional email communication is

essential.

Good working knowledge of WhatsApp and digital communication platforms.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple production schedules, orders and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving ability and a practical, solution-oriented approach.

Ability to take ownership and work independently.

Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with designers,

artisans, vendors, clients and retail partners.

Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel locally for vendor, artisan, MBO and production-related

requirements when necessary.

Pay: ₹18,338.26 - ₹25,000.00 per month
