About the Role

Rise Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled PCB Designer to design and develop reliable printed circuit boards for electronic products such as chargers, power adapters, TWS, neckbands, and other consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities

- Create schematic diagrams and PCB layouts according to product requirements.
- Design single-layer, double-layer, and multilayer PCBs.
- Select suitable electronic components based on specifications, availability, and cost.
- Prepare and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Generate Gerber files, drill files, pick-and-place files, and other manufacturing documents.
- Ensure proper component placement, routing, grounding, thermal management, and EMI/EMC compliance.
- Develop and test prototypes in coordination with the R&D; and production teams.
- Troubleshoot PCB design, functionality, and manufacturing issues.
- Coordinate with component suppliers, PCB vendors, and EMS partners.
- Support production during PCB assembly, testing, and mass manufacturing.
- Modify and improve existing designs for better performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain design files, revisions, test reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.




- Relevant experience in PCB schematic and layout design.
- Knowledge of electronic components, circuits, SMPS, power electronics, and embedded systems.
- Understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in PCB design software such as Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, Eagle, or EasyEDA.
- Strong knowledge of schematic capture and PCB routing.
- Understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, grounding, and thermal design.
- Ability to use testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with R&D;, purchase, production, quality, and vendor teams.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in designing PCBs for chargers, adapters, power supplies, TWS, neckbands, or consumer electronics.
- Knowledge of USB charging technologies, Type-C, fast-charging protocols, and battery-management circuits.
- Familiarity with product certification requirements such as BIS, RoHS, CE, and safety standards.

- Timely completion of designs and prototypes.
- Reduction in PCB errors and production rework.
- Achievement of product cost and quality targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
