BDS Dentist / Associate Dentist – 3–5 Years Experience

Dr Arora’s Dental & Laser Center, Greater Kailash, Recent Delhi, is looking for an experienced and professionally presented BDS Dentist / Associate Dentist to join our clinical team.

We are looking for a dentist with 3–5 years of clinical experience, excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.

Requirements:

- BDS qualification from a recognised dental college
- 3–5 years of clinical experience
- Valid registration with the Dental Council of India / State Dental Council
- Strong clinical knowledge and practical skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Professional, confident and well-presented personality
- Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
- Ability to diagnose and formulate appropriate treatment plans
- Strong focus on ethical and patient-centred dentistry
- Ability to work independently as well as with a senior clinical team
- Previous experience in a reputed dental clinic will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and consultations
- Diagnose dental conditions and discuss treatment options with patients




- Perform routine and restorative dental procedures
- Dental fillings, scaling and polishing, extractions and other general procedures
- Assist with crowns, bridges, root canal treatments and other restorative procedures
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment notes
- Explain treatment plans, procedures and aftercare to patients
- Manage patient follow-ups and ongoing treatment
- Maintain high standards of infection control and clinical hygiene
- Coordinate with senior dentists and specialists for complex cases
- Ensure an excellent patient experience throughout treatment
