Recruitment Associate (Deep-Tech & Aerospace)

Our client is a pioneer in the deep-tech aerospace sector, engineering next-generation high-altitude launch architectures to redefine access to space. Operating at the bleeding edge of propulsion, aerodynamics, and robotics, they are turning ambitious concepts into real flight hardware. They are seeking a high-energy Recruitment Associate to partner directly with founders and hiring managers to hunt, engage, and onboard top-tier engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end hiring from candidate sourcing and outreach to offer management and onboarding.
- Leadership Partnering: Work closely with founders and engineering leads to turn complex technical needs into strategic hiring plans.
- Targeted Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, niche technical networks,



and industry channels to build pipelines for specialized aerospace and R&D; roles.
- Candidate Experience: Drive smooth interview logistics, maintain clear communication, and manage candidate feedback.
- Hiring Operations: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, ATS records, and pipeline reporting.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience: 3–6 years in technical recruitment, ideally within aerospace, deep-tech, defense, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to translate complex engineering requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
- Background: Prior hiring experience in deep-tech ecosystems or an engineering background is strongly preferred.
- Execution: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
