ICU RMO – Job Description - Monitor ICU patients and record vital signs regularly. - Perform initial patient assessment and clinical examination. - Assist in managing medical and critical care emergencies. - Monitor oxygen therapy, IV fluids, medications, and patient response. - Identify deterioration in patient condition and inform the consultant promptly. - Assist consultants during procedures and emergency interventions. - Maintain accurate patient case sheets and progress notes. - Coordinate with nurses, consultants, laboratory, and diagnostic teams. - Follow ICU protocols, infection-control practices, and patient-safety guidelines.
- Provide proper patient handover during shift changes. Eligibility Criteria - BAMS / BHMS from a recognized medical institution. - Valid State/AYUSH Medical Council registration. - Relevant ICU/hospital experience preferred. - Basic knowledge of emergency and critical patient management. - Positive communication and teamwork skills. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night duties.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
