We are hiring Senior Account Executive for Manufacturing firm in Mumbai.

Should have knowledge upto Accounts Finalization.

Experience of 4 years and above in return filing.

Job Description & Responsibilities

- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and receipt of materials.
- Pass purchase, payment, expense, provision, and other accounting entries in the ERP system.
- Prepare TDS and GST workings and ensure timely compliance.
- Handle and maintain petty cash and related records.
- Coordinate and verify expense bills, vouchers, and supporting documents received from the factory and office.
- Maintain attendance records of employees and workers.
- Prepare monthly salary statements and coordinate for salary processing.
- Coordinate with banks for day-to-day banking activities and other banking requirements, as and when necessary.
- Prepare required data, schedules, and supporting documents for audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements for management, as and when required.




- Handle GST-related activities from data preparation and reconciliation up to finalization, including coordination for GST compliance and filing.
- Maintain books of accounts, accounting records, and supporting documents accurately and systematically.
- Handle accounts up to finalization, including preparation and review of financial records and coordination with auditors, as required.

Key Requirements

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, ERP, and MS Excel.
- Robust understanding of day-to-day accounting and taxation compliances.
- Experience in handling accounts up to finalization is mandatory.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Candidates with relevant experience in manufacturing companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
