Job Summary

Doma & Boma Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organized and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations across its hospitality outlets. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee documentation, statutory compliance, training coordination, and supporting overall workforce management for restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and bakery staff.
- Conduct employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, ID proofs, and HR files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, duty rosters, and staff database.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime, incentives, and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, FSSAI, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and probation confirmations.
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate joining, resignation, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
- Support outlet managers with manpower planning and staffing requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and employee MIS.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, attendance management, ESI, PF, and labour compliance.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR software.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in multi-outlet restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals and employee management systems.
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring and shift-based workforce planning.

Working Conditions

- Office-based role with regular visits to restaurant outlets.
- May require weekend or holiday support based on operational requirements.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
