Job Description:
The HR & Compliance Auditor is responsible for evaluating and ensuring adherence to internal HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting audits across HR processes, identifying compliance risks, recommending corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement in HR practices. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of labor legislation, data protection regulations, and internal control frameworks.
Contracted Hours: 48 hours/week
What Days: Monday to Friday (Alternative Saturday working)
What are the working hours: 1:00 pm IST to 9:00 pm IST
Annual CTC: Up to INR 5,00,000 - INR 6,00,000 annually depending on experience.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our Mumbai office and play a key role in supporting governance, regulatory compliance, HR administration, and training compliance across the group.This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple compliance workstreams simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance Management
- Maintain compliance records across all UK practices.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure actions are completed on time.
- Manage compliance trackers, reporting systems, and governance dashboards.
- Ensure regulatory documentation remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Support practices in preparing for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
- Identify, monitor,
and escalate compliance risks where necessary.
HR Compliance
- Maintain employee files and personnel records.
- Monitor contracts, right-to-work documentation, DBS checks, indemnity certificates, and professional registrations.
- Ensure all HR compliance documentation remains current.
- Track probation reviews, onboarding requirements, and employment documentation.
- Support compliance checks for both recent and existing employees.
Training & Learning Compliance
- Monitor completion of mandatory training across all practices.
- Track CPD requirements, certifications, and renewal deadlines.
- Issue reminders and follow up on outstanding training requirements.
- Maintain accurate training records and compliance reports.
- Support managers in achieving training compliance targets.
Policy & Governance
- Maintain company policies and version control processes.
- Schedule and monitor policy review cycles.
- Ensure practices are using the latest approved policies and procedures.
- Support governance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Administration
- Produce weekly and monthly compliance reports.
- Monitor compliance KPIs and action plans.
- Maintain accurate audit trails and governance records.
- Provide administrative support to the Compliance and Operations teams.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects across compliance, governance, and operational functions.
Requirements: Essential
- Qualified Dentist
- Previous experience in compliance, administration, governance, HR, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong reporting, data management, and analytical skills.
Desirable
- Experience within healthcare, dental, medical, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of UK compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing training records and HR compliance documentation.
- Audit, governance, or quality assurance experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
