We are seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and motivated Assistant Professor with specialization in Medicinal Chemistry and/or Pharmacology to join our academic team.

The ideal candidate should have strong academic credentials, subject knowledge, research aptitude, and a passion for teaching, research, and innovation.

Required Qualifications

- M.Pharm in Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a relevant specialization from a recognized university/institution.
- Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria and qualifications as prescribed by UGC, PCI, AICTE, and other applicable regulatory bodies, wherever applicable.
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Solid academic background and subject knowledge in the relevant specialization.

Experience

- 0–2 years of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience.
- Freshers with strong academic credentials, research aptitude, publications, coding skills, or project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with relevant teaching experience, research publications, patents, projects, or industry exposure will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver theory, laboratory, and tutorial sessions in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, course files, laboratory manuals, and assessment materials.
- Guide undergraduate student projects, internships, and research activities.




- Publish research papers in reputed journals/conferences and participate in funded research initiatives.
- Mentor students and support academic, innovation, and placement activities.
- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation activities (NBA/NAAC), and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) implementation.
- Organize and participate in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), workshops, seminars, conferences, symposia, guest lectures, pharmaceutical research activities, drug discovery and development programmes, pharmacology and pharmacovigilance awareness programmes, medicinal chemistry workshops, poster and paper presentation competitions, pharmaceutical quiz competitions, industrial visits, and other academic and professional events related to Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Contribute to departmental and institutional administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- Maintain academic records and comply with UGC, AICTE, PCI, and institutional policies.
