Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong experience in the Construction Industry to manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, material sourcing, and purchase operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
- Source construction materials from reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Identify and evaluate new vendors based on quality, price, and delivery.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations and prepare purchase orders.
- Ensure timely availability and delivery of materials to project sites.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, stores, and accounts departments.




- Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
- Maintain proper purchase records, vendor details, and documentation.
- Control procurement costs while maintaining required quality standards.

Requirements

- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Construction Industry experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and suppliers.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates who can independently handle purchase activities are preferred.
