We’re Hiring: SDE 1 – Full Stack Web Developer | 1+ Year Experience
Are you a Full Stack Developer with around 1 year of hands-on experience and a passion for building scalable web applications?
We’re looking for an SDE 1 to join our engineering team and work on TestCopilot, a web-based test automation platform.
If you enjoy building products, solving engineering problems, debugging issues, and working across both frontend and backend, we’d love to connect with you!
What You’ll Work On
Build and maintain web applications using React.js, Next.js & TypeScript
Develop backend services using Node.js, Express.js & MongoDB
Design, develop and integrate REST APIs and real-time services
Debug issues, identify root causes and improve application performanceDesign and implement new product features
Work with Playwright, Appium and test automation technologies
Contribute to cloud-based test execution and automation workflows
Write clean, reusable, maintainable and well-tested code
Collaborate with the engineering team throughout the product development lifecycle
Required Skills
1+ year of hands-on software development experience
Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript




Hands-on experience with React.js & Next.js
Good understanding of Node.js & Express.js
Strong understanding of REST APIs
Good knowledge of MongoDB
Working knowledge of Tailwind CSS
Familiarity with Git/GitHub
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of software development fundamentals
