Harley’s Fine Baking is looking for a motivated Legal & Compliance Intern to join our Legal & Compliance team in Hyderabad.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 4th-year/final-year law student or recent law graduate who wants practical exposure to in-house legal operations, contracts, compliance, documentation, leases, IPR and data privacy.

What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day Legal & Compliance operations
- Maintain legal trackers, action points and status reports
- Maintain the central contract database and legal repository
- Track contracts from drafting → review → negotiation → approval → execution → storage → renewal/expiry
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for pending agreements
- Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance trackers for outlets and business operations
- Support lease and legal documentation
- Assist with legal documentation and records management
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely closure of legal requirements
What We’re Looking For
✔ Final-year law student or law graduate
✔ LL.B / B.A. LL.B / B.B.A.
LL.B preferred
✔ Solid interest in Corporate Law, Legal Operations, Contract Management and Compliance
✔ Basic understanding of commercial contracts and legal documentation
✔ Good written and verbal communication skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and organization
✔ Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
✔ Ability to manage trackers and multiple tasks
✔ Strong follow-up and coordination skills
✔ Ability to handle confidential information professionally
✔ Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
