Job Summary

We are looking for a finance professional to manage real estate banking operations, project finance, cash flow, loan documentation, and coordination with banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day banking and financial transactions for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for project loans, disbursements, and funding requirements.
- Prepare and maintain bank statements, reconciliations, loan schedules, and financial records.
- Monitor project-wise cash flow, fund utilization, and payment requirements.
- Handle documentation related to sanction letters, loan agreements, security documents, and bank compliances.
- Coordinate with internal Accounts, Legal, Sales, CRM, and Project teams for financial requirements.
- Follow up with banks for loan disbursements, interest statements, approvals, and documentation.
- Monitor interest payments, loan repayments, and other banking charges.
- Prepare regular MIS and financial reports for management.
- Ensure timely compliance with banking, statutory,



and internal financial requirements.
- Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and project funding decisions.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting; MBA/CA/CA Inter will be an advantage.
- 3–7 years of experience in banking, finance, or real estate finance.
- Strong knowledge of project finance, banking operations, cash flow, and loan management.
- Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience in the real estate/construction industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
