About the role

We're looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to grow our customer base across factories,

contractors, and industrial buyers. You'll be the face of SHIN in the market — meeting customers,

understanding their tool and equipment needs, and closing sales.

What you'll do

- Visit existing and prospective industrial customers to generate and follow up on business
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products from our range
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with purchase and maintenance teams
- Coordinate with our inside sales team for quotations, order follow-up, and payment collection
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep management updated on market feedback, competitor activity, and new opportunities

What we're looking for





- 5+ years of proven experience selling industrial products, tools, or MRO supplies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with daily field travel; own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
- Target-driven with a valuable understanding of the B2B sales cycle
- Existing contacts with industrial buyers in Chennai/Tamil Nadu is a plus
- Any graduate; diploma/degree in engineering is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chennai District)
