Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to supervise and manage construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, safety compliance, project coordination, and timely completion of work according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing purposes.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Monitor concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, excavation, and finishing works.




- Maintain proper site documentation and records.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and milestones.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 6–10 years of experience in construction/site execution (experience requirement can be adjusted).
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Excel
- Primavera P6 (preferred)
- STAAD.Pro (preferred)

Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month
