About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote IT Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. The recruiter will be responsible for posting job opportunities, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.

The ideal candidate has prior recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience using Indeed and other online recruiting platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other approved job boards.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through online recruiting platforms.
- Review applications and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity reports.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work with the hiring team to support recruitment goals.
- Manage multiple openings while meeting established timelines.
- Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in recruiting,



talent acquisition, staffing, or HR.
- Hands-on experience posting and managing jobs on Indeed or similar job boards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other online sourcing platforms.
- Experience managing multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Previous experience in IT or technical recruiting is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a part-time, fully remote position offering flexibility for an experienced recruiter who can independently manage recruiting activities and communicate effectively with candidates and the hiring team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
