Operations Head – Preschool Chain

Location: Lohegaon, Pune
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Preschool/School Management

We are looking for a energetic and responsible Operations Head to oversee the smooth functioning of our preschool centres and ensure high standards of academic, operational, and parent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across preschool centres.
- Coordinate with Centre Heads and teaching staff to ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and training.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, processes, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle parent concerns and ensure a positive parent experience.
- Monitor admissions, events, activities, and centre-level requirements.




- Conduct regular centre visits and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with management on operational planning, reporting, and execution.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in preschool/school management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple centres and work independently.
- Passion for working in the early education sector.
