AI5 Academy is looking for an experienced BIM / Construction Project Management professional with practical knowledge of AI tools to conduct live online training.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in BIM, civil engineering, architecture, construction planning, project management, quantity surveying, VDC or digital construction, along with hands-on use of modern AI tools.

- Conduct live instructor-led classes
- Teach practical AI applications in BIM and construction workflows
- Demonstrate real project use cases
- Guide learners through assignments and projects
- Review student work and provide feedback
- Help keep course content updated with current AI and construction tools

Ideal Candidate

- 3+ years of experience in BIM, construction, architecture, civil engineering or project management preferred
- Practical BIM or construction project experience
- Comfortable using AI tools in real workflows
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Should be comfortable conducting live demos

Preferred Profiles
BIM Engineer, BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager, VDC Engineer, Civil Engineer, Construction Project Manager, Planning Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Architect or Digital Construction skilled with strong AI interest or experience.

Candidates with only AI knowledge but no BIM/construction background may not be suitable.
