- Perform mechanical assembly of components, machines and sub-assemblies as per drawings and work instructions.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, assembly drawings and BOMs.
- Check components, dimensions and parts before assembly.
- Perform fitting, alignment, drilling, tapping, grinding and other basic fitting activities.
- Use hand tools, power tools and fitting equipment safely and correctly.
- Assemble bearings, shafts, gears, couplings, fasteners and other mechanical components.
- Ensure proper alignment, clearance, torque and fitment of components.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Feeler Gauge and Dial Gauge.
- Identify defective, damaged or mismatched components and report to the Supervisor/Quality team.
- Perform functional checks and testing after assembly.




- Follow assembly sequence and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain required production targets and assembly cycle time.
- Minimize rework, rejection and material wastage.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S at the workstation.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Stores and other departments.
- Record production and inspection details as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
