Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale civil projects including infrastructure, commercial, residential, or industrial developments.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Oversee contract negotiations, vendor management, procurement, and approvals.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental requirements.
- Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Mentor and lead junior project managers, engineers, and site teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s or PMP certification is a plus).




- 8+ years of experience in civil project management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role.
- Proven experience managing large and complex civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts (FIDIC, EPC, etc.), and local building codes/regulations.
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
