De Arte Interiors is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our interior design projects from client onboarding through execution and handover. This role bridges design, procurement, vendor management, and on-site execution, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end project execution across residential and commercial interior projects
- Coordinate between design, procurement, site execution, and vendor teams to keep timelines on track
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships — carpentry, modular kitchen units, electrical, civil, painting, etc.
- Track project budgets, material costs, and site expenses; flag overruns early
- Set up and maintain SOPs for site visits, quality checks, and handover processes
- Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve bottlenecks or delays
- Ensure quality control at each stage — material delivery, installation, finishing, and final handover
- Manage inventory and procurement of raw materials, fittings, and furnishings
- Handle client communication around timelines, delays, and site updates
- Recruit, train, and supervise site supervisors and operations staff
- Maintain documentation — work orders,



purchase orders, project files, and compliance records
- Report on project status, costs, and operational KPIs to leadership

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in operations management Role, preferably in interior design, construction, or real estate
- Robust understanding of interior fit-out processes (modular furniture, civil work, MEP coordination)
- Proven vendor and contractor management experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills — able to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
- Strong budgeting and cost-control skills
- Good communication skills, both with clients and on-site teams
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel between sites within Trivandrum

Preferred

- Prior experience in a growing interior design or fit-out company
- Knowledge of local vendor networks and material sourcing in Kerala
- Basic understanding of interior design workflows and material specifications

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
