We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and generating leads/sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products clearly to customers
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns
- Follow up with leads and maintain call records
- Update customer information in CRM/system accurately
- Maintain a polite and professional tone during calls
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English
- Confident and pleasant phone manner
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any degree
- Freshers welcome; prior telecalling/BPO experience preferred
- Training provided
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹135,000.00 per year
