· Lead and manage the overall operations of the crane manufacturing plant.

· Plan and execute production schedules as per customer requirements and committed delivery timelines.

· Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve productivity and throughput.

· Ensure smooth coordination between design, production, purchase, stores, quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams.

· Take overall responsibility for timely execution of crane orders from production planning through dispatch.

· Ensure availability of drawings, BOMs, bought-out items, raw materials, motors, gearboxes, electrical panels, wire ropes, wheels, hooks, and other required components.

· Monitor project progress and ensure timely resolution of technical and production issues.

· Coordinate with the engineering/design team for drawing changes, technical clarifications, and manufacturing feasibility.





· Establish and maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

· Ensure proper inspection of raw materials, fabricated components, bought-out items, assemblies, welding, machining, painting, and final products.

· Coordinate with the Quality team to minimize rejection, rework, and customer complaints.

· Resolve employee and interdepartmental issues effectively.

· Provide regular MIS and plant performance reports to Director.

· Present production status, order progress, capacity utilization, quality performance, cost, and delivery performance.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
