- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline
- Support offer rollout and onboarding activities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS
Skills Required:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to manage multiple positions and timelines
- Proactive and target-oriented approach
Experience: Min 1 Year Experience in Medical Devices / HR Consulting Firm
Pay: ₹3.00 - ₹5.00 per year
