Position : School Administrative Supervisor

School Name: Shree Ram International School & Junior College,Mira Road,

is looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible School Administrative Supervisor to manage daily administrative and student-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain daily student attendance and class-wise attendance records.

* Track student absences and make daily calls to parents when required.

* Maintain and update student records, registers, files, and class-wise data.

* Handle day-to-day school administration and office work.

* Coordinate with teachers, students, parents, and school management.

* Follow up on pending tasks and ensure work is completed on time.

* Handle administrative issues and take quick, practical action when required.

* Maintain confidentiality of student and school information.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a School Administrator, School Supervisor, School Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, or Administrative Supervisor.





* Experience in a school or educational institution is preferred.

* Good management, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

* Positive knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and basic computer work.

* Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

* Must be proactive, smart, flexible, and willing to take responsibility.

* Should be comfortable making phone calls and communicating with parents.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced school environment.

Working Hours

Full time- 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
