Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers across e-commerce, D2C, retail, SMEs, corporates, manufacturing, pharma, distributors and other business segments.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and business-volume targets.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, networking, market mapping and other business-development channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposal, negotiation, closure and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, procurement teams, logistics heads and other key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations, customer service and finance teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.




- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the finance team to support timely collections.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Logistics or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably in courier, logistics, express delivery, transportation, 3PL or supply-chain services.
- Strong track record in recent client acquisition and target achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented and comfortable with field sales and client meetings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
