Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to support our quality control and inspection activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of mechanical inspection, engineering drawings, measuring instruments, and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished components as per drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand mechanical/engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
- Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Identify and report quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
- Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper handling and calibration.
- Follow 5S,



safety, and quality management practices.
- Support continuous improvement activities to reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.

Skills & Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in Quality/Inspection; freshers can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
- Knowledge of mechanical measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and machining processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong quality awareness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of GD&T;.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Knowledge of CNC machining and fabricated/machined components.
- Basic knowledge of calibration, and inspection methods.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
