At Eminence Technology, we are looking for an experienced and analytical Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management, along with a good understanding of software development and product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and UI/UX Designers.
- Conduct requirement-gathering meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create process flows, workflows, and functional documentation.
- Prioritize requirements based on business needs and project objectives.
- Perform gap analysis and identify potential risks and challenges.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate the final product against business requirements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Conduct market and competitor research whenever required.




- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure requirements are properly communicated across teams.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Positive understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, PRD, User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, SQL, web and mobile applications.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with software products or SaaS platforms.
- Experience in a product-based organization.
- Understanding of product development and feature lifecycle.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow documentation.
- Exposure to product analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
