Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Manager to manage daily, weekly, and monthly management reports. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, validating, and presenting business data to support management decision-making and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports for management.
- Collect data from Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Accounts, HR, and other departments.
- Monitor and validate data accuracy before submitting reports.
- Prepare Sales, Service, Customer, Revenue, Collection, and Productivity reports.
- Track branch-wise and employee-wise performance against targets.
- Prepare dashboards and performance summaries for management review.
- Analyse business data and identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update MIS databases and reporting formats.
- Coordinate with department heads for timely submission of data.
- Prepare Target vs Achievement reports.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
- Generate exception reports for pending, delayed, or below-target activities.




- Automate repetitive reports wherever possible.
- Maintain proper records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
- Present key findings and recommendations to management.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, charts, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Knowledge of DMS/ERP systems is preferred.
- Ability to prepare management presentations and reports.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–6 years in MIS, Business Reporting, Data Analysis, or Operations MIS.
